Wild Foraging outings
Join us for a “learn to forage” outing on Private Ranch lands. Our first plant of study is the Stinging Nettle. An amazing food plant full of vitamins and minerals, Nettle has been a European staple for centuries. Learn sustainable practices, how to walk in balance with the landscape and how to safely harvest nettle. A recipe is included in this program.
